Our team recently completed the dismantling and removal of two large pallet racking systems at the Eddie Stobart facility located at 22 Regs Way, Bardon Hill, Coalville, Leicestershire LE67 1ND.
The project involved dismantling heavy-duty racking systems featuring 14.5m high frames and 2.7m beams with a 2.5-tonne load capacity. Due to the scale and height of the installation, the works required careful planning, specialist access equipment, and experienced racking engineers to ensure the project was completed safely and efficiently.
Over a four-week period, the team systematically dismantled the racking systems aisle by aisle, safely lowering all components before removing materials from site for recycling and disposal. Strict health and safety procedures were maintained throughout the project, with minimal disruption to ongoing warehouse operations.
