Completed between 13 April and 13 May 2026, the four-week project involved the safe and efficient dismantling of a substantial Bito pallet racking system from the warehouse.
Large-Scale Bito Pallet Racking Dismantling
The existing warehouse racking installation consisted of thousands of individual components, including frames reaching up to 13 metres in height.
Our team dismantled:
- 3,154 Bito pallet racking beams – 3000mm × 120mm × 50mm, 3-ton capacity
- 2,200 mesh decks – 1500mm × 1100mm
- 360 pallet racking frames – 13000mm × 1100mm
- 36 pallet racking frames – 8000mm × 1100mm
With the scale and height of the installation, careful planning and coordination were essential throughout the project. The racking was systematically dismantled by our experienced team, with safety and efficiency remaining a priority from start to finish.
