TERMS OF BUSINESS
We reserve the right to dispose of the project materials and keep any payments made if an installation date is not agreed within 3 months of deposit paid or manufacture started.
We Operate in the UK and all transactions are in GBP.
REFUND POLICY
There is a 14 days cooliing off period for timber windows and doors within which we will offer a full refund, as all our products are made bespoke we cannot offer a refund after this time, unless work has not started yet and only by the managements discretion.
